Welcome to our online learning platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the course creator regarding your access to and use of the online courses, content, and related services offered through our platform.

By accessing or using our platform, purchasing any course, or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform or purchase any courses.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Creator", "we", "us", "our" refers to the creator and owner of the online courses and platform (Claudio Piccoli and/or CAVALDOG SRL).
"Platform" refers to our website, applications, and online learning environment where the courses are hosted.
"User", "you", "your" refers to individuals who access our platform and/or purchase our courses.
"Content" refers to all courses, materials, videos, texts, graphics, and other resources available on our platform.
"Installment Plan" refers to the payment option where the course fee is paid in 12 monthly instalments.
"Annual Access" refers to the one-year access period granted under certain payment options.
"Lifetime Access" refers to indefinite access to purchased courses for as long as the platform continues to operate.

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box during the purchase process, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety
You agree to be bound by these Terms
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent

Important Notice

These Terms include important provisions that affect your rights, such as our no-refund policy, limitations on our liability, and your indemnification of us. Please read carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

Account Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account credentials with any third party. Each account is for a single user only. Sharing accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Payment Options

We offer three distinct payment options for our online courses, each with specific terms regarding access duration and payment structure:

12-Month Installment Plan1-Year Access

Divide the total course cost into 12 equal monthly payments.

First payment due at time of purchase, with subsequent payments automatically charged every 30 days
Access to the course is granted for one year from the date of initial purchase
All 12 instalments must be paid regardless of course completion status or usage frequency
Failure to make any payment may result in immediate access suspension until payment is made
Early termination of the instalment plan is not available; all 12 payments must be completed
By selecting this option, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all 12 installments according to the schedule.

Single Payment with Annual Access1-Year Access

Pay the entire course fee in a single transaction with one year of access.

Full payment is required upfront
Access to the course is granted for one year from the date of purchase
No recurring charges
After the one-year period expires, access to the course will be automatically terminated

Single Payment with Lifetime Access

Pay the entire course fee in a single transaction with unlimited access duration.

Full payment is required upfront
Access to the course for as long as the platform continues to operate
No recurring charges
Includes access to future updates to the specific course purchased
Does not include access to new courses added to the platform

Note: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the platform, not your literal lifetime. See "Platform Closure" section for details.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Access Duration

Your access to purchased courses is determined by your selected payment option:

12-Month Installment Plan: Access begins upon initial payment and continues for one year from that date, regardless of when the final installment is paid.
Single Payment with Annual Access: Access begins upon payment confirmation and continues for exactly one year (365 days) from that date.
Single Payment with Lifetime Access: Access begins upon payment confirmation and continues indefinitely for as long as the platform operates.

The Creator reserves the right to:

Update, modify, or remove portions of course content
Change the platform's technical specifications or delivery method
Restrict access in cases of account sharing or Terms violations

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the fact that you gain immediate access to all course materials and bonuses upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This policy applies to all payment options, including:

12-Month Installment Plan: No refunds for any monthly payment
Single Payment (Annual Access): No refunds, regardless of usage
Single Payment (Lifetime Access): No refunds, regardless of usage

Reasons we do not offer refunds include:

Immediate access to complete course materials upon purchase
Inability to "return" digital products once accessed
Comprehensive course descriptions provided prior to purchase
Protection against digital product piracy

By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly waive any right to a "cooling off" period that might otherwise be provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Platform Closure

The Creator reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or close the platform or any specific course at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of platform or course closure:

The Creator will attempt to provide reasonable notice when possible, but is not obligated to do so
No refunds will be issued for any payment already made, regardless of payment option
Remaining installment payments under the 12-Month Installment Plan must still be paid in full
"Lifetime Access" is specifically limited to the operational lifetime of the platform, not your literal lifetime
The Creator is not responsible for providing alternative access methods to course content

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you assume the risk of potential platform closure and that you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund in such event.

Platform Continuity

While we strive to maintain the platform's availability, various circumstances beyond our control may necessitate temporary or permanent closure. Your purchase acknowledges this possibility and accepts the associated risk.

Intellectual Property

All content provided on our platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the property of the Creator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Copyright Protection

Recording, downloading, copying, sharing, distributing, or reproducing course content in any form is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement, which may result in legal action.

When you purchase our courses, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from:

Downloading, recording, or capturing course content in any form
Using screen recording software or other tools to save course videos
Sharing your account credentials with others to provide access to the courses
Distributing, sharing, selling, renting, or sublicensing course materials
Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on course content
Removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the content
Using the content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform

Any unauthorized use of course content violates these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Violators may face immediate account termination, legal action, and monetary damages.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the intellectual property restrictions outlined above, you agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform
Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform
Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, server, or any connected database
Attack the platform via a denial-of-service attack or distributed denial-of-service attack
Make excessive requests to the server or create excessive load on our infrastructure
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Engage in any activity that interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the platform

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including without limitation, reporting such activity to law enforcement authorities.

Disclaimers

THE COURSES AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY.

The Creator does not warrant that:

The platform will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any course content will remain available for any particular length of time
The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
The quality of courses will meet your expectations
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
The information provided in the courses is accurate, complete, or current
Any particular results or outcomes will be achieved from taking our courses

The courses are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before taking any action based on course content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or courses
Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
Platform closure or discontinuation
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the platform
Any errors or omissions in course content

THE CREATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Creator, their employees, contractors, agents, officers, directors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the platform and courses
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the platform.

Termination

The Creator reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the platform and access courses will immediately cease
You will not be entitled to any refund of any payments made
All remaining installment payments (if applicable) must still be paid
You must cease all use of and access to the platform

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within [Your Jurisdiction], and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such action will be permanently barred.

Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform.
