Terms and Agreements

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any workshop:

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the workshop creator regarding your participation in the workshop.

By registering in the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register in any workshop.

 

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Creator", "we", "us", "our" refers to the creator of the workshop (Claudio Piccoli and/or CAVALDOG SRL).

• "User", "you", "your" refers to individuals who access our platform and/or purchase our courses.

• "Content" refers to all materials, videos, texts, graphics, and other resources available and released about the workshop.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box during the registration process, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety

• You agree to be bound by these Terms

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

• You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent

Important Notice

These Terms include important provisions that affect your rights, such as our no-refund policy, limitations on our liability, and your indemnification of us. Please read carefully before proceeding with any purchase or workshop registration.

 

Account Registration

To access any workshop, you must fill the form provided in the related webpage. You agree to:

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your credit card details or any other payment data on our servers.

Refund Policy

By completing your registration in the workshop, you acknowledge and agree the refund policy.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you must cancel your participation in an event, please inform us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to find a replacement participant. If we successfully find someone to take your place, you will receive a refund of your payment, less a processing fee. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if a replacement cannot be found. 

By proceeding with your purchase, you explicitly waive any right to a "cooling off" period that might otherwise be provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

 

Responsability

The creator assumes no legal responsibility for any property damage and/or personal injury sustained during the workshop by the participant to anyone (person or dog). The participant must have travel and/or personal insurance for any damage suffered or inflicted on third parties.

Copyright Protection and Use of Images

​

While you retain full ownership of the photographs you take during the workshop, the use of images created during private or group workshops is limited to personal purposes. This includes sharing on social media, personal websites, and creating prints for your own enjoyment. The copyright of these images remains with you and cannot be transferred or licensed to others, either for commercial gain or free of charge.

To show appreciation to the dog owners who allow their dogs to be photographed, we encourage you to share your images with them by providing a link to an online gallery. We kindly request that you share at least one photo of each dog.

Finally, to protect the unique content and structure of our workshops, you may not use images taken during workshops to promote your own photography training, whether in-person or online. This includes workshops, courses, or any other form of instruction.

Intellectual Property

All content provided on our platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the property of the Creator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Recording, downloading, copying, sharing, distributing, or reproducing workshop content in any form is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement, which may result in legal action.

Any unauthorized use of workshop contents violates these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Violators may face immediate legal action, and monetary damages.

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM ANY USAGE OF THE INFORMATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE LEARNED IN A WORKSHOP.

IN ANY CASE THE CREATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Creator, their employees, contractors, agents, officers, directors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your participation in the workshop

• Your violation of any term of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

• Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your participation in the workshop.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any cause of action you may have in connection with the workshop must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, otherwise such action will be permanently barred.

 

Changes to Terms

The Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates

By registering in a workshop of the Creator in our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding your use of the platform and courses.
