This camera is really something difficult to tell. When I've used the camera for the first time I realised that it something different for the improved outstanding AF ! Compared to the D4 now we have about 4,7MP more for the sensor dimension and the nice thing is to notice that even if the pixels are smaller the working capacity in low lights is the same or better then before. The quality of the raw files is very good as aspected and similar to the D4 but with more MP so with more details. Now that the cropping process is easier without loosing quality. The ergonomics is as usual great by Nikon. I prefer the old previousposition of the "iso" button but I'll get used.  It's again a master class camera for sport and action. Colours are very natural e deep at the same time as before (even we have smaller pixels). The camera can be used in all hard wheater conditions without fear of dust, rain and mud as before and the feeling in the hand is to have something so special...

When i used this camera for the first time i thought how it was so confortable in one hand...well balanced that you can keep it (with lens) suspeded with one finger. ....and what about performance? Don't try it if you can't buy it ! It's a master class camera for sport and action. The AF is simply superb and very fast in every condition. Colours are very natural e deep at the same time. Each botton and roller is in the best position to be used without removing your finger from the shutter button. The camera can be used in all hard wheater conditions without fear of dust, rain and mud.

This is a versatile lens and it can be used for portraits or for deep action. I love it for action and i use it in all wheater condition because it's tropicalized and it doesn't fear rain! It's enoght bright for me. The AutoFocus (AF) is really fast and accurate. I usually use it during competition because it's light and very reliable to avoid wrong shot.

In particular, During Disc Dog competition the timing is very important and this lens satisfy every thing i need.

This is the best tele lens i've ever used in my experience. It's heavy but it transmit from first use the power class of high level lens. It's a certainty in all light and wheather conditions.

Sport and Action are his bread. Sometimes i use it in portraits because i love the compressed and 3D effect it can give back in photos.

The AutoFocus (AF) is fast and accurate. I usually use it during competition alternatively to the 70-200mm because it bring you directly to the set with a persausive result.

Now that I've tried hard not to use it i think it's one of the best lens on the market for Action purpose.

This is a versatile lens and it can be used for portraits or macro. I love it for closed portrait. It has a fantastic sharpness (i think sharpness is never enough if used correctly). The AutoFocus (AF) is a little slower then 70-200mmf/2,8 but it's accurate. It doesn't fear rain or bad conditions as its brothers. I usually use it indoor for closed portraits or with puppies.

In particular it's small and light to be used during all the day.
